• English F symbol or equivalent
• Completed application form with non-refundable fee of N$200

Applications for the 2027 academic year open on 20 July 2026 and close at the end of November 2026. Late applications will be accepted from 01 December 2026 until the end of registration in 2027.

Yes, international students are welcome to apply. Additional requirements include:

• Valid study visa
• Certified copies of academic transcripts
• All foreign students pay 70% of the total tuition fees upfront

Yes, Goldstone Software Engineering Institute is accredited by the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) and registered with the Namibia Training Authority (NTA). Our programs meet national quality standards and are recognized throughout Namibia.

Yes, we offer flexible learning options including:

• Full-time on-campus
• Part-time evening classes

The Foundation Programme is a one-year programme consisting of six courses/modules (three per semester). It is designed for students who do not meet direct entry requirements. Upon successful completion, students may apply for any course of their choice.

• Funding: Self-funded (not eligible for NSFAF)
• Application: Specific to GSEI and cannot be used to apply to other institutions

Tuition fees vary by program and level:

• Diploma: N$18,370

Additional fees include:

• Registration fee: N$1,600 (non-refundable)
• Application fee: N$200

• NSFAF Funding - For eligible Namibian students meeting the requirements

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. Students can pay a deposit and the balance in 10 equal monthly installments. Contact our finance office to discuss payment arrangements.

Goldstone does not have on-campus accommodation, but we can assist students in finding suitable housing near the campus. Our student services office provides a list of recommended accommodation options in Windhoek West and surrounding areas.

Yes, we have an active Student Representative Council (SRC) that organizes events and activities. Students can also form special interest clubs with SRC approval. All students are encouraged to participate in student life activities.

Yes, we have a career services office that helps graduates with job placement. We maintain relationships with industry partners and organize career fairs, internship opportunities, and job placement assistance for qualified graduates.

For self-sponsored students, the registration fees include the issuance of a Student Card. A functional student card printer is available for the 2027 registration year.
